As a Host, you'll help create inclusive, unforgettable dining experiences where everyone feels at home. Bring your energy, personality, and passion for people! What you will do: Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sections Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining rooms and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set Print menus and collateral Communicate to guests and team members using systems Answering guests requests via multiple communication channels in regards to dining in the outlets Coordinate events with marketing team Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information What you will bring: Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
