It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.About the location:About the roleHousekeeping CoordinatorWhat you will doMaintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping ServicesSpot checks the phone log book to ensure the quick and correct handling of guest requestsAnalyzes and solves any recurring problems that ariseNotes, collects and actions on any guest’ preferencesUpdate guest history remarks(Opera system) for any guest complain or comments, to make sure delighted service presentation upon next arrivalOffers all possible assistance to guests at all timesAnswers all calls according to established phone etiquette standardsMaintains phone log bookRecords in the telephone log book all phone callsDisseminates informationCommunicates incoming information to all concerned parties, includingKeeps Assistant Director of Housekeeping and Director of Housekeeping informed of any extraordinary or emergency situationsRelates to Assistant Director of Housekeeping and Director of Housekeeping any guest complaints or problemsChecks on the completion of all requestsRecords in telephone log book all follow-up actions require Records accurately and clearly all necessary information for the following reports and log books:Master key sign-out & return recordAll the master key should be kept orderly in the department storehouseBe in charge of daily master key hand out and receivedKey record was fill inFiles daily reports and work sheets in an orderly mannerWhat you bringCollege school and aboveMinimum 1 year International class Hotel working experienceGood Communications skills and Computer skillsBeing calm and patient and be of service passion.
