And with the city’s malls and souks within a few minutes’ drive, you can experience all the spoils of the city without spoiling your precious relaxation time.What You Will DoSupervise and support the day-to-day housekeeping operations.Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel quality standards.Coordinate guest and internal service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.Assist with departmental administration, scheduling, reporting, and record keeping.Monitor maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt action.Support inventory management, including housekeeping supplies, linens, and operating equipment.Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping and service pantries.Train, coach, and motivate team members while promoting teamwork and service excellence.Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and hotel policies and procedures.Actively participate in departmental meetings, briefings, and training sessions.Respond professionally to guest concerns and take ownership of service recovery when needed.What You BringPrevious experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, health and safety practices, and inventory control.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.What We OfferFull board single living accommodation in a high quality, well-resourced accommodation with Wi-Fi internet.Complimentary nights at FS Hotels worldwide.Regular social and sporting eventsPaid home leave ticketsFree transportation to and from work with Wi-Fi internet.Work AuthorizationHotel will apply for the work authorization for the successful candidateWe look forward to receiving your application!
