This beautiful resort opened in October 2008, and has 90 one-bedroom villas, 1 Presidential Suite, 45 two-to-five-bedroom residential villas, 5 stunning Food and Beverage venues in addition to managing an off-property beach bar/restaurant, an award-winning over water Spa, 2 tennis courts and a fitness center.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.Troubleshoot and repair chillers, chilled water systems, pumps, and associated controls.Maintain and service Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), and ventilation systems.Diagnose and repair VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.Perform maintenance and repairs on cold rooms, walk-in freezers, refrigerators, and other commercial refrigeration equipment.Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and resort operating procedures.Coordinate with other engineering team members to support resort operations and guest satisfaction.Qualifications & ExperienceTechnical Diploma or Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large commercial facilities.Strong working knowledge of:Chillers and chilled water systemsFan Coil Units (FCUs)VRV/VRF systemsCold rooms and commercial refrigeration systemsHVAC control systems and troubleshootingAbility to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.Knowledge of refrigerant handling and HVAC safety procedures.Good communication and teamwork skills.
