You will act as the central point of coordination between guests, the kitchen, and service teams, ensuring all orders are handled efficiently and delivered to the highest standard.This role also supports a wider range of guest dining experiences, including Café Santé, canal barge offerings, and bespoke picnic services across the hotel grounds, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.What you will doCoordinate all in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryCommunicate effectively with guests, taking orders and managing special requestsLiaise closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service executionSupport daily operations across in-room dining, Café Santé, canal barge experiences, and picnic servicesMonitor order flow and maintain high service standards at all timesHandle guest queries, requests, and feedback in a professional and friendly mannerMaintain up-to-date menu knowledge to confidently upsell and recommend offeringsAssist with administrative duties, including order tracking and reportingEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulationsWhat You’ll BringPrevious experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or a similar role is preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational skills with great attention to detailAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentA proactive and positive attitude with a passion for guest serviceConfident using systems for order taking and coordinationStrong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departmentsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredBenefitsFree Shuttle Bus transport from local towns/stations to the hotel (Fleet, Church Crookham and Elvetham Heath)Employee travel programmeBUPA dental health careExcellent Training and Career Development opportunities28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays (increasing based on length of service)Group Personal Pension Plan upon completion of three months’ serviceOpportunities to build a successful career with global potentialAccess to Wagestream – a salary advance benefitWeCare Employee Well Being PlatformUniform and free meals on duty
