In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.Applicants must hold a Macao ID due to work permit restrictions.About the role:The In Room Dining Order Taker is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking guest in room dining orders from guests, communicate any special requests to the kitchen, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in accordance with Four Seasons standards.What you will do:Greet guests promptly and courteously upon their call, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Engage with guests to create a positive dining experienceAccurately take guest in room dining, ensuring to note any special requests, dietary restrictions, or allergiesOperate the computer system for order taking, check printing, closing out checks and printing reportsCoordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order deliveryOrganize and coordinate the delivery of orders to guest rooms, ensuring that they arrive promptly and meet presentation standards. Monitor the timing of each order to ensure freshnessMaintain cleanliness and organization in the in room dining area, including dining equipment and utensils.
