After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the roleThe Food & Beverage Administration Intern supports the administrative and organizational functions of the Food & Beverage Department. Working closely with the F&B leadership team, this internship provides the opportunity to develop essential administrative, operational, and communication skills while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment. The intern contributes to streamlining processes, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting in daily office operations that ensure the smooth functioning of the department.What you will doAssist with administrative duties, including preparing correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office tools.Support the coordination of schedules, meetings, and departmental events.Help manage and organize files, records, and office inventories for the F&B department.Collaborate with outlet teams to facilitate communication between operations and management.Assist in the preparation of banquet materials such as menus, table tags, and signages.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the F&B office and storage areas.Support in responding to guest and vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Participate in compiling meeting notes, reports, and other documents as assigned.Learn to handle reservation tools such as OpenTable and assist in tracking event inquiries or bookings.Contribute to special projects such as menu updates, marketing materials, and data entry for departmental initiatives.Uphold Four Seasons standards of professionalism, organization, and service excellence in all tasks.What you bringEducation: Student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Previous administrative or hospitality-related experience is an advantage but not required.Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of systems such as OpenTable is an asset.Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, eager to support various F&B outlets and management functions.Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.Proactivity: Positive attitude, adaptable to changing needs, and resourceful in problem-solving.Learning mindset: Enthusiasm for understanding Food & Beverage operations within a luxury resort environment.Legal requirement: Authorization to work in Spain.Degree: Professional /Technician Languages: Spanish / English Language Ability: High What we offer: Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.
