The internship aims to develop culinary skills, promote adherence to hotel standards, and provide exposure to all aspects of kitchen operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with food preparation and mise en place according to hotel recipes and standards.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and utensils.Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times.Support chefs during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and special events.Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies using the FIFO method.Ensure proper handling and storage of food items to minimize waste.Learn and comply with hotel policies, grooming standards, and health and safety regulations.Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
