The spirit of Hawaii, from its long-held traditions to its inspired art, informs every detail of our idyllic retreat.POOL AND BEACH AMBASSADOR As a Pool & Beach Ambassador, you will serve as a key representative of the Resort, engaging with guests throughout our pool and beach areas while creating exceptional experiences through thoughtful service, personalized interactions, complimentary amenity activations, recreation programming, and special events. You will bring the spirit of aloha to every interaction while sharing your knowledge of the resort, island culture, dining experiences, and recreational offerings to help guests make the most of their stay. WHAT YOU’LL DO Deliver personalized, luxury-level service to Resort and Residential guests. Build relationships with guests through genuine conversation and proactive engagement. Share knowledge of resort amenities, dining venues, recreational activities, and local experiences. Prepare, present, and distribute complimentary amenities, food items, and beverages in pool and beach areas. Support recreation programming, guest activations, holiday events, and special resort experiences. Assist with inventory management and operational readiness of amenities and event supplies. Process guest purchases through approved point-of-sale systems during designated activations. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout assigned work areas. Collaborate with Recreation, Pool & Beach Operations, Food & Beverage, and other resort departments to create seamless guest experiences. WHAT TO BRING Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, recreation, guest services, or a related field preferred. Outstanding guest service and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and create memorable experiences for guests of all ages. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Basic food handling and sanitation knowledge preferred. Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions. Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
