Electrical SystemsReplace and maintain lighting fixtures, drivers, switches, sockets, and dimmersTroubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical panels, RCDs, and circuit breakersIdentify and report faults in busbar distribution systemsDiagnose and resolve faults related to electrical wiring, cables, and connectionsParticipate in generator operations, fuel checks, and annual servicing2. Elevator & Fire Safety SystemsPerform emergency elevator rescues and reset systems when requiredAccompany elevator service providers during inspections and maintenanceInspect and maintain fire suppression systems, sprinklers, fire pumps, valves, and sensorsConduct regular fire alarm system checks and respond to emergencies appropriately3.
