If you thrive on delivering elevated service and creating meaningful experiences, this is your opportunity to make an impact with a world-class team.What You’ll DoEnsure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property through active monitoring, emergency response, and enforcement of hotel policies and standards.Conduct routine patrols and oversee operations center functions, including surveillance, access control, alarm systems, and incident response to maintain a secure environment.Promote a culture of safety and loss prevention through training, incident reporting, investigations, and ongoing compliance with health and safety protocols.What You Bring At least 2 years of security detail experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resortCPR/BSLA certification Strong time management skills: Ability to Prioritize, multitask effectively, and adapt seamlessly in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform role: knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office Suite, and HotSOS is preferred Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, handling sensitive information with discretion. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
