Excellent understanding of Month-End Process including, but not limited to, preparation of financial statements, accruals, and journal entries, maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.This hotel has a residential component. At least 2 – 5 years of finance management experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership experience.• Working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals and job knowledge of all positions in Accounting, Purchasing and Food and Beverage control. Understanding of USALI.• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
