This role reports to the Senior Spa Director and will be responsible for providing spa treatments to guests of the Spa; ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation, describing our Spa Treatment Menu and making recommendations to our guests for treatments and home care products, ensuring treatment rooms are well-stocked and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after treatments, responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence. What you bringSpa Therapist experience in a luxury spa and fitness environment, knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities, and have an Italian qualification (Diploma di Estetica or Diploma di Massofisioterapia) or an international Spa Therapist qualification.
