Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness.Perform all facial and body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols, being knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered. Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities.Proven knowledge and experience with a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish are required.Read the guests and customize their service to ensure peace and relaxation.Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Report any complaints to the management team.Upsell Spa products considering guests’ needs and departments sales targets.
