In this role, you will help create a peaceful sanctuary where guests can unwind, recharge, and enjoy a memorable spa experience.What you will doEnsure that the spa environment remains serene, inviting, and relaxing by maintaining ambient lighting, music, and temperature levels. Regularly inspect treatment rooms for cleanliness, order, and replenishment of suppliesRecommend follow-up treatments to address specific guest concerns or requests.Provide detailed information to guests about available spa services and other resort offerings.To be able to provide professional treatments for any guest including but not limited to massage, facial treatments and body treatments.Work closely with other therapists, spa management, and front desk staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
