From world renowned skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking, wildlife viewing, and endless outdoor recreation throughout the warmer months, there’s always something new to discover in heart of the American West.ResponsibilitiesProvide evening turndown service to create a comfortable and welcoming sleep environment for guests.Refresh occupied guest rooms by replacing used towels, tidying the bedroom and bathroom, and maintaining hotel cleanliness standards.Prepare beds for nighttime use by turning down linens, arranging pillows, and ensuring the room is guest-ready.Close drapes, adjust lighting, and create a relaxing atmosphere by setting room ambiance according to hotel standards.Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guestrooms and transport them to designated service areas.Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, stationery, cotton products, and other in-room supplies as needed.Inspect occupied and vacant rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper presentation, and adequate inventory of guest supplies.Fold and organize guest clothing or personal items left in guestrooms while respecting guest privacy and hotel policies.Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, defective equipment, and rooms that cannot be serviced due to privacy signs or guest requests.Support the Housekeeping team by assisting with room attendant duties, late check-out rooms, and other cleaning assignments as directed by management.Preferred Qualifications Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
