At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Dashboard Developer you will be trusted to work with meaningful data, highlighting fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) detected in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. In this role, a typical day will include:Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards that provide meaningful insights using Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platformsCollaborating with data analysts, data scientists as well as managers to collect requirements, understand needs, and convert into visualizationsConverting raw data into compelling dashboards that enable efficient decision makingMaintaining and updating existing dashboards as needed, and train end users on how best to interact with themPerforming quality checks on visualizations for data accuracyPresenting monthly visualizations at large meetings Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science at at least 2+ years of related experienceMust have experience with Medicare/Medicaid programsExperience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Tableau (or similar dashboard platforms)Working Knowledge of SQL, understanding of data modeling, and experience working with large datasetsAbility to create data visualizations to present complex analyses and to illustrate trendsKnowledge of best practices for dashboard design, including accessibility and usability standardsFamiliarity with R or PythonFamiliarity with HTML and JavaScriptAbility to obtain a Public trust and must have lived in the US for 3 of the past 5 years Desired Skills:Strong working knowledge of best practices for dashboard design, including accessibility and usability standardsStrong working knowledge of Python or SQLStrong working knowledge of Databricks and SnowflakeStrong working knowledge of HTML and JavaScriptExcellent communication skills to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team membersBe a self-starter with a natural curiosity to understand, simplify and explain complex data #GDITHealth#healthcarefraud#fwaThe likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
