As a Principal Systems Engineer you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.HOW A PRINCIPAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Phone support with the customerto resolve issues pertaining to future releases of IMISsupport issues that arise in the field for current releases of IMIS.Run vulnerability assessments STIGS/SCAPadd additional security controls to reduce the attack surface of the Operating Systems and network equipment Recommend evaluated hardware based on customer needs. Evaluate the hardware to ensure there are no unwanted features, such as wireless communication features that could be enabled or on by default.Make adjustments to Operating Systems and other COTS software to help with configuration management and installation. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
