This Procurement Analyst Expeditor will be responsible for collaborating with the team and our suppliers on expediting orders, tracking upcoming deliveries, identifying potential new suppliers, and identifying alternate parts opportunities.MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTAs a Procurement Analyst Expeditor, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission.Extract reports from the procurement system and identify upcoming deliveriesTrack upcoming deliveries with suppliers and identify orders that are at risk of being lateUpdate the procurement system with any shipping updates provided by the suppliersResearch potential new suppliers that could be considered for a new partnershipReview high risk or long lead time parts and work with the program and supplier base to determine potential alternate parts for considerationOther administrative tasks that may be required by the managerWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your supply chain and logistics expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT.
