The Sr Financial and Staff Action Analyst must have:● Education: Masters Degree in related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics)● Experience: 15 years of related experience. Will consider 2 years of additional experience in lieu of Master's Degree.● Skills: Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoin, Teams, and Planner) and common office software applications● Security clearance level: TS/SCI required at hire date. Hybrid on-site in Alexandria, VA (2 days a week on-site, 3 days remote)● Role requirements:Ability to work onsite to support senior leaders in a fast-paced environmentDoW Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution experienceExperience with DoW financial systems and processes, initiating/processing Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs)Familiarity with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission and budget formulation processesAbility to interpret and analyze financial dataDemonstrated experience communicating clearly with senior officials and senior staff verbally, without hesitation by telephone, and through emailExcellent research and analytical skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Planner) and common office software applications. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
