Our work depends on a Sr. Program Manager joining our team to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Software Product management (SPM) Office, Benefits and Memorial Services (BAM) Portfolio.HOW THE TRANSITION MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACTLEADERSHIP:Actively motivates the team, fostering a positive work environment, building morale, and encouraging continuous professional development.Manage the team and oversee the successful completion of all tasks and assigned projects utilizing a Kanban methodology.PROJECT MANAGEMENT:Oversee comprehensive resource management, including workload balancing, skill allocation, and capacity planning.Ensure program performance aligns with contract requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and federal acquisition guidelines.
