Here, you’ll enable the success of one of the most critical federal healthcare missions and lead the development, integration, and modernization of systems supporting the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP).MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTAs a TPA Core Services Development Manager / Software Developer Principal, the work you’ll do at GDIT will directly support the mission of the World Trade Center Health Program. You will play a crucial role in guiding the development and integration of software solutions that ensure accurate eligibility determination, claims adjudication, provider management, member services, and financial operations.● Lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑performing, secure, and compliant software solutions across TPA core service areas, directly improving mission-critical healthcare operations.● Collaborate with architects, engineers, business analysts, QA testers, operational SMEs, and system vendors to ensure systems function cohesively, accurately, and reliably.● Drive technical strategy, system modernization, performance optimization, integration improvements, and issue resolution that support seamless interoperability across the TPA ecosystem.● Utilize modern programming languages, integration technologies, APIs, EDI frameworks, databases, cloud services, and DevSecOps tools to deliver secure and scalable federal healthcare solutions.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your initiative and technical leadership to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
