Together, we’ll strengthen continuity and drive the next generation of innovation.MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTAs a User Profile Management Systems Administrator supporting CIS, you will maintain, secure, and optimize enterprise user profile management systems that ensure consistent, reliable user experiences across multinetwork desktop, VDI, and cloud environments. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Responsibilities

  • Administer, operate, and maintain enterprise user profile management platforms, ensuring stable, consistent, and secure user profile delivery across physical and virtual endpoints
  • Monitor system health, logon times, storage usage, replication, and overall profile performance, resolving issues that impact user productivity and system responsiveness
  • Support profile migrations, transfers, and updates across networks, domains, and environments, ensuring data integrity and alignment with approved configuration standards
  • Troubleshoot complex profile related issues including corruption, sync failures, policy conflicts, authentication dependencies, and domain placement errors
  • Implement configuration updates, version changes, architecture optimizations, and operational modifications to sustain resilient, compliant profile environments
