Job Description SummaryAs a premier New Product Introduction (NPI), the Next Generation Products (NGP) team is fast-paced and focused on setting new standards for Edison Works. The NGP Advanced Lead Engineer is responsible for the technical and execution leadership for hot hardware spanning all design phases across the NPI lifecycle—from requirements and design through review readiness, cost-out and hardware delivery, test, certification/qualification, and integration into downstream technical deliverables. In this role, you will own hardware within a module with the expectation of broader team technical mentorship and leadership.
