The Executive Commodity Leader - Controls & Accessories is responsible for shaping and executing commodity strategy, driving supplier performance, and ensuring operational readiness across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role requires a leader who can translate complex business and technical inputs into a clear long-term strategy, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and drive transformational results through disciplined execution, lean leadership, and talent development. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field from an accredited university or college (degree in engineering)
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement, Supply Chain Forecasting/Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or Commercial/Sales (experience, 8 years)
