Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionEssential Responsibilities Be partner of business Leader in the Flight Deck transformation journey Foster a Continuous improvement culture, where the whole team owns transformation plan Lead inter-functional improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional team empowered to execute the Flight Deck strategy for process improvement Ability to document current and plan for future Value Stream Map, presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations Facilitate, train, and coach other team members in the use of Flight Deck tools Will be DMS advocate in the Area assigned, in order to drive adoption & cultural evolution Required QualificationsMaster’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial) Understanding of manufacturing processes Knowledge and application on Lean Manufacturing Methodology and tools Demonstrated ability to analyze and use the Problem Solving Approach Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs Strong oral and written communication skills Fluency in Italian and English Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired characteristics Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing Green Belt Certification Relationship & leadership skills: able to influence, motivate and work effectively within a matrix environment Why Join Us:At Avio Aero, people power our progress.
