In this role you will utilize experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.The Ideal CandidateDeliver HR solutions in the areas of talent management, culture and employee engagement, talent acquisition, people analytics, leadership development, workforce planning and labor/employee relationsSupport a diverse, cross-functional client portfolio spanning CES Engineering, CES Sourcing, Suzhou site quality and production, etc., with flexibility to support select related functions as neededBuild and maintain strong relationships with people leaders and employees to foster open communication, collaboration and trustPartner with the business to understand workforce needs and develop attraction strategies to that support business growthLeverage the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to bring the right solutions and expertise to the businessMonitor and problem-solve HR metrics by leveraging our FLIGHT DECK fundamentals to enable business prioritiesLead, implement and support GE Aerospace HR initiatives as appropriateOther task assigned by functional or organizational leader.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area or unrelated area with additional 4 years of HR experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or relevant work experience - roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles, operational and business management, HR experience in manufacturing area is preferred.Based in Suzhou, but minimum 2 days a week working in Shanghai officePreferred QualificationsAdditional experience in a human resources position is preferredKnowledge of labor law and human resource practicesStrong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandiran Strong interpersonal and leadership skillsProven facilitation abilityAt GE Aerospace, we have a relentless dedication to the future of safe and more sustainable flight and believe in our talented people to make it happen.
