We are looking for an extracurricular intern. As Intern - CRO Manufacturing Engineer you will support the Repair Technologies team at the Brindisi Service CoE in improving and industrializing repair processes for aerospace components, contributing to technical analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-specialization manufacturing environment.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:You will participate to simplification initiatives, studying and developing manufacturing processes and documenting changesStudy in order to implement manufacturing engineering activities, define work scope of components and process improvements in order to reduce costs and respect objectivesBring new ideas and positive support to the current processesInterface in an effective manner with all manufacturing departmentsAnalyze, verify, adapt and document current documentation management process against aviation legislation requirementsParticipate in LEAN initiative, and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvementsRequired Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Aeronautical, Material or Management EngineeringKnowledge of technical drawingsFluent in Italian and good knowledge of EnglishKnowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Passion for technologySelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, eager to learnWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired Characteristics:Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAble to coordinate many tasks concurrentlyJoin us!Avio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a culture of respect, where every individual is valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.   • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) (experience)

  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required (experience)
