In addition to working in a facility awarded OSHAS’s highest safety rating, you will be part of a diverse team of 400+ employees, solving the global challenge of sustainable flight, earning merit-based rewards, working in a climate-controlled environment, and having opportunities for continuous learning and development.Essential FunctionsOperate and monitor SMT and electronics manufacturing equipment used in the production of circuit card assemblies (CCAs).Maintain and operate complex electronics assembly machinery using established procedures, schematics, and approved documentation.Adjust machine settings and parameters to support production requirements and ensure quality output.Perform machine set-up and material loading for electronic components and circuit boards.Conduct routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on SMT equipment.Perform off-line material setup and feeder preparation as required.Review work instructions and technical documentation to ensure accurate component placement and manufacturing processes.Support training of other operators on electronics manufacturing equipment.Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.Qualifications / RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and manufacturing documentation.Ability to lift or move materials up to 20 lbs.Ability to work overtime as required.Ability to work in an electronics manufacturing environment.This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
