Job Description SummaryResponsible for operational delivery and support of next generation solutions for how customers receive Digital Technology support at the Peebles site.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:In this role, you will:Lead a team of employees focused across the digital operations space to include infrastructure, end user support, network, etc.Design, develop, implement and support the use of technology with geographically distributed infrastructure systems. Provide management of the tactical Digital Technology plans to ensure they meet current needs and are responsive to the future needs. Maintain the integrity of the systems with applying security best practices.Manage global IT assets including software licenses and hardware full lifecycle management.Develop and manage adherence to departmental Change Management and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Define, develop, maintain, and test Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes.Participate in budgeting process and manage IT Infrastructure related projects and investments.Identify and respond to professional growth needs for all team members and ensure they have the proper training to execute team deliverables.Foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time.Education Qualification:Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 6 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 11 years of professional experienceMinimum 3 years of professional experience in Distinct Area of Work (DAW) or ITNote: Military experience is equivalent to professional experienceDesired Characteristics:Technical Expertise:Hands-on experience in 24x7x365 technical operationsExperienced in design, performance, availability and scalability of the infrastructureDemonstrated understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles (e.g., Green belt certified)Business Acumen:Knowledge of business and financial principles and practicesDemonstrated ability to manage team/product operations within own budgetDemonstrated ability to drive projects based on business strategies and customer requirementsDemonstrated customer focus – manages technical issues in complex, difficult, or stressful situations; evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpointSkilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating effortsLeadership:Experience providing feedback on performance toward goalsExperience coaching, mentoring, and developing team membersAbility to proactively identify and remove obstacles or barriers on behalf of the teamAbility to take ownership of projects and deliver while mentoring and helping teamDemonstrated experience influencing across a complex, global matrix organizationPersonal Attributes:Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressureChange oriented – Proven track record of initiating and driving process improvements; supports and drives change, and confronts difficult circumstances in creative waysThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
