Job Description SummaryThe “Technical Manager – Civil Platforms” will lead a team in the Civil Platforms (CP) engineering organization, supporting the business and Application Engineering teams in defining a strategy for growth, driving initiatives to continuously improve performance and processes, executing successfully on projects to bring value for the company and our customers, and achieving key functional, business, and broad company objectives. This is a People Leader role for a team of roughly 6-10 Systems Engineers (SEs) that will require a talented individual to use their experience, knowledge, influence, and initiative to set strategy, manage team competency development, and drive engineering execution excellence. The position spans Civil Platforms products and projects and includes interfaces with numerous outside organizations. - $173,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
