Your Work Schedule and Shift Information8-hour shifts Monday – Friday and every 3rd weekend 6:50am - 3:20pmAbility and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency eventsPlant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days per week KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESAs part of our manufacturing team, you will: Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issuesProviding technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modificationsUnderstanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis (Why, Why)Performing both uptime and downtime preventative maintenanceParticipate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performanceAssist in training new employees as well as engaging in your individual training.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of a high school education or GED1 year Manufacturing Maintenance experience in Industrial Maintenance or a Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or EngineeringBackflow preventer rebuild certificationExperience in Powered Industrial Truck MaintenanceExperience in a food manufacturing/production environment preferredProficiency in basic computer skillsMust possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English).Must possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periodsWillingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditionsAbility to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platformsAbility to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standardsAbility to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required)Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens ELIGIBILITYApplicants must meet a minimum 18-year age qualification. Required Qualifications

  • Backflow preventer rebuild certification (certification)

  • Experience in a food manufacturing/production environment preferred (experience)
