Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.​ Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair a wide range of manufacturing equipment and site infrastructure, following preventative maintenance schedules.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on automated equipment.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, R&D, Engineering) on projects involving new equipment design and installation.Ensure all work complies with company health and safety policies.What you'll bring:Certificate III – Mechanical Trade (Fitting and machining)Proven experience in a food manufacturing or related industry (essential)Demonstrated knowledge and experience with pneumatics (essential)Ability to weld (TIG and MIG) and carry out minor fabrication workExperience with automated plant and mechanical machine timingExperience with packaging equipment (Case packers/Thermoformers/Conveyors) is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent teamwork and communication skillsDesirable (but not essential):D Class Electrical LicenseForklift LicenseSAP and Microsoft Office experience ELIGIBILITYApplicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
