Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.​ ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Operations Manager, you will:Lead a shift-based production team to achieve targets across safety, quality, performance, waste and engagementRun effective daily direction-setting meetings, using data and visual boards to review performance, set priorities and follow up actionsApply your mechanical aptitude to support equipment changeovers, basic troubleshooting and loss elimination alongside MaintenanceDrive zero harm and food safety behaviours, ensuring standards and procedures are followed at all timesUse continuous improvement tools (e.g. root cause analysis, standard work, centrelining) to identify and remove lossesBuild capability in your team through coaching, feedback, skills development and clear expectationsPartner with Quality, Maintenance, Planning and other functions to deliver the production plan.ABOUT YOUExperience in a manufacturing/operations leadership role (food, FMCG or similar high-speed environment ideal)Strong people leadership skills – able to engage, coach and hold others accountableProven mechanical aptitude and confidence working with production equipment and processesExperience leading toolbox/directional meetings and using data to drive decisionsA strong commitment to safety, food safety and qualityContinuous improvement mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment ELIGIBILITYApplicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
