The role partners with sourcing and cross-functional teams to drive margin improvement, identify cost-saving opportunities, and deliver strong planning, forecasting, and reporting support. It also helps strengthen process excellence, analytics, and overall supply chain performance.Shift Timing for this role is: 1.30 pm to 10.30 PM KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProvide financial leadership to procurement category teams across Global Sourcing: Direct & IndirectLead end-to-end financial processes including inflation guidance, Spring Plan, monthly actuals, and forecasting cyclesSupport and lead Holistic Margin Management (Cost Efficiency) programs across Platform teamsChallenge decisions with data-driven financial insightsAct as the financial business partner to Platform Directors and Category Buying teamsLeverage tools, processes and ways of working from Supply Chain Finance to partner on the execution of the Global Supply Chain Finance FP&A processes and serve-up insights to the business.Lead cross-functional collaboration across sourcing, operations, and finance teamsDrive deep-dive analysis to identify and quantify purchase savings opportunitiesLeverage strong knowledge of SAP cost modules to assess pricing, volume impacts, incoterms, and vendor termsDrive efficiencies in our annual and monthly planning/reporting processesAssess performance against plan and identify opportunities to close gaps.Understand key financial drivers and their calculations.Identify data outliers, determine root cause and action.Identify and partner with Global FP&A Capabilities team on tool enhancements ideas, testing to improve quality of insights.Sit as a member of the SCF one team.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSPost graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory)7+ years of related experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMajor Area of Study: Finance, Analytics, Accountancy, CostingProfessional Certifications: CA, MBA, PGDBA, MMS5 years of related experienceSupply Chain Finance knowledge is preferred ELIGIBILITYApplicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
