Job DescriptionHybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)What you will do (responsabilities):Lead the strategy and performance of GM South America's Parts & Accessories e-Commerce and digital channels.Drive growth across Parts & Accessories marketplaces, B2B/B2C platforms, and digital sales channels.Enhance customer experience, digital marketing, and dealer engagement for Parts & Accessories sales.Deliver sales growth, profitability, and business performance targets across the Parts & Accessories digital ecosystem.Lead digital transformation and channel development initiatives for GM's Parts & Accessories business.Location: São Caetano do Sul/SPYour skills and abilities (required qualifications):Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related field.Advanced English; Portuguese or Spanish preferred.MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.Experience in e-Commerce, digital sales, marketing, commercial strategy, sales operations, or channel management.Experience in the Parts & Accessories aftermarket business, including dealer networks, Genuine Parts, and ACDelco.Experience leading teams, regional operations, external partners, and digital transformation initiatives.Knowledge of marketplaces, B2B/B2C platforms, digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.Familiarity with digital platforms, systems integrations, and e-Catalog management.Strong financial acumen, including P&L, budget, ROI, and performance management.What may give you a competitive advantage (preferred qualifications):Strategic mindset with a strong focus on results.Business acumen and data-driven decision-making.Experience developing commercial strategies and business cases.Ability to lead cross-functional and regional teams.Strong project management and prioritization skills.Excellent stakeholder, dealer, and supplier management.Strong presentation and executive communication skills.Ability to influence, drive change, and solve complex problems.#LI-AS GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role. Required Qualifications
