Job DescriptionDUTIES: Develop and execute OTA Readiness Plan to ensure vehicle launch and OTA capabilities prior vehicle launch. Understand implementation project timelines and vehicle program rollout timing. Develop, design, and create the different payloads/campaigns to deliver a VeSCoM and monitor the performance. Design and create dashboards to monitor the delivery status by optimizing complicated SQL statements in relational database and big data platform. Drive resolution of all issues surfaced during development process that lack a natural owner or require multi-functional coordination. End to End ownership of OTA deployment method by coordinating with SW VSE, SIT, PQM, CRT, PEMs to ensure a successful delivery of a VeSCoM for Capture Test Fleet and Customers. Understand core strategies, feature requirements, UX requirements and operational process requirements for OTA programming. Own one of more platform capabilities including OTA refresh, Diagnostics, Network, and Communications. Project management and hands on test and integration. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study and two (2) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, or related occupation. Two (2) years of experience in the following: OTA update and vehicle connectivity technologies; and Troubleshooting skills and improvement methodologies.
