As the Director, Global Trade Compliance at Gilead you are responsible for designing and leading a global trade compliance program that ensures adherence to international import/export laws while enabling efficient, compliant, and cost-effective product flow across the global pharmaceutical supply chain.This role serves as a critical connector across Legal, Tax, and Finance, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and optimized trade execution while balancing risk and business performance.Key Responsibilities:Global Trade Compliance Strategy & GovernanceDefine and execute the global trade compliance strategy aligned to corporate, supply chain, and financial objectivesEstablish global policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for import/export Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
