Participate in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions to provide valuable insights and contribute to the decision-making process.Support the development and implementation phases of projects by providing guidance, clarifying design specifications, and resolving technical challenges.HIRING REQUIREMENTSMust-Have Technical & Experience RequirementsGeneral Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in SAP Consulting or SAP In-house SupportDomain Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise finance applications, preferably SAP CO and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)Project Lifecycle: 2+ years of end-to-end project implementation experience, spanning from solution design and build phases through to hypercare and post-go-live support.Must-Have Soft Skills & CompetenciesCommunication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into functional language (and vice versa).Autonomy & Organization: Strong time management capabilities; able to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks and solution plans.Drive & Mindset: Highly self-motivated, performance-oriented, and eager to continuously learn.
