Job Description The Director, Strategy Execution & Transformation serves as the CIO’s strategic execution partner, ensuring that ISG’s strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, aligned investments, and measurable outcomes. The role drives enterprise-wide planning, transformation, and integration efforts across Core Services, Centers for Enablement (C4Es), Shared Services, and enabling functions, fostering alignment between business objectives, technology priorities, and organizational capabilities. Working closely with ISG leaders, business stakeholders, and strategic partners, the Director orchestrates the execution of critical initiatives, removes barriers to delivery, and ensures resources, focus, and leadership attention are directed toward the highest-value opportunities. An MBA or advanced degree in Strategy/Management is highly preferred.Certifications (Preferred, not Required): Advanced frameworks in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Enterprise Strategy are highly valued.
