Job Description

Job Description Responsible for creating process strategies to optimize productivity, eliminate wastefulness and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards of marketing programs. Will also be responsible for documentation, cascade and implementation of these processes and measurement of its impact.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Process Analysis and Assessment - conduct process assessments through process mapping, value stream analysis and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Process Redesign and Optimization - Work with management and various divisions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency, reduce waste in resources and identify automation opportunities; Documentation Document current and future state processes, including workflows, procedures and guidelinesPrepare references to support process changes and ensure sustainability.Change Management and Change ExecutionDevelop and implement plans and framework to ensure successful adoption of process changes.
