Job Description Own the end-to-end GOMO customer acquisition journey—discovery, onboarding, and first unlock—ensuring seamless, delightful experiences that increase conversion, preference, and brand love.MANDATESUser Growth Product Owner Own GOMO's user growth products and acquisition capabilities—from ideation to launch—ensuring they deliver differentiated customer experiences and sustainable subscriber growth.Customer Acquisition Experience Designer Design and continuously improve digital acquisition experiences that simplify customer discovery, onboarding, activation, and first use, making it effortless to join and experience GOMO.Growth Strategy & Product Lead Translate customer needs, commercial priorities, and technology opportunities into a prioritized product roadmap that accelerates acquisition, improves conversion, and maximizes business value.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Acquisition & Experience DevelopmentDesign and optimize digital acquisition experiences that improve conversion, onboarding, activation, and first-time customer engagement.Lead the development of strategic growth initiatives, including:Customer onboarding and first unlock experienceAcquisition product builds and modernizationGrowth offers and conversion optimizationDigital acquisition journeys across App, Web, and Commerce channelsConduct regular product and customer journey reviews, recommending enhancements based on customer insights, data, and evolving business needs.User Growth RoadmapDefine and own the product roadmap for User Growth initiatives aligned with GOMO's acquisition and growth strategy.Translate customer, commercial, and business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.Drive alignment on priorities, roadmap dependencies, sprint planning, and delivery timelines while presenting growth initiatives and performance updates to leadership.
