Job Description Run and manage the design, development, and delivery of dashboards and visualizations related to key operational metrics. Ensure deliverables are provided within the agreed SLA and manage day to day activities. Provide key analysis and insights based on historical numbers and recent events that would impact the metrics’ usual trends.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Visualization DesignDraw and define dashboard visual layout, look and creatives to enable Visual storytelling to businessSecure concurrence & approval from senior management and stakeholders on the visual layout and flowDashboard DevelopmentDevelop dashboards, optimize scripts, transformations on further requirements in collaboration with Data Build teamLead development of approved layout and views via the Visualization ToolDashboard QA & ValidationEstablish and Define QA and Validation / UAT Plan for every Dashboarding Development ProjectExecution of QA and Validation Plan according to the agreed Project Plan timelines / milestonesAccountable person to ensure accuracy of metrics and figures in relation to the agreed standardized KPIs.Dashboard and Reports AutomationSupport Reports rationalization initiatives and automate existing dashboards in excel spreadsheetsDevelop new scripts to automate in collaboration with Data Build teamDashboard MaintenanceManage dashboard scheduling, Ensure timely and regular production and update of dashboards – depending on agreed frequency, timing SLAsEnsure that production dashboard scripts are closed and manage versioning, update, change processAdhoc and Regular MISEnable Adhoc and Regular MIS requiring Simple Customer Profiling, Numbers scoping and business monitoringRegularly share and endorse insights to Data Analytics team for further deep-dives / advanced analytics requirementsAutomation of Data Storytelling InsightsAutomation of regular profiling and cohort analyses – to support Data Storytelling team churn out insights fasterBusiness User / Stakeholder EducationUser and stakeholder education on the use of the dashboard visualization tools such as Tableau and Google Data StudioREQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience in Big Data. 5+ years of experience managing and effectively operating complex systems that are highly reliable and scalable.8+ years professional experience in the concepts of complex Business Intelligence6+ years of experience in developing and building reports, data models, dashboards and BI tools5+ years of experience of agile development methodologies preferred5+ years of process management experience5+ years of experience managing and effectively operating a complex systems that are highly reliable and scalableHands-on experience with all stages of system development efforts, including requirements definition, design, architecture, testing, and support.
