Responsibilities

- Ensures vendor manpower and other resources sufficient to support the target
- Implement together with vendor partner ways of working towards solutioning of escalations via quick kill & end to end execution for a long term resolutions
- Manage and provide assistance in the troubleshooting and resolving project issues concerns
- Adhere to ways of means on how to save on operating costs
- Processing of ELAS in Maximo
- Review and endorsement of schedule of payment approval to PPM
- Review and endorsement of returned contract for compliance to the vendor
- Final approval of contract processed and submission to DMO (?)
