Job Description The Strategy and Governance Manager serves as the strategic execution and governance in charge to the group, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and sustainable operating practices. The role is responsible for driving strategic planning, performance monitoring, stakeholder alignment, governance oversight, and executive visibility of key initiatives. Working closely with leaders, enterprise strategy partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, the role ensures that programs, capabilities, and transformation initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities and deliver measurable business value.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Strategic Planning and ExecutionFacilitate annual planning, quarterly reviews, and strategy refresh exercises.Translate strategic objectives into execution roadmaps, initiatives, milestones, and success measures.Monitor execution progress and drive issue resolution and escalation where necessary.2. Performance Management and KPI GovernancePartner with leaders to develop, review, and govern KPIs, OKRs, and Balanced Scorecard metrics.Ensure performance measures are aligned with enterprise objectives and business outcomes.Lead performance review cycles and identify improvement opportunities.3. Governance and Operating Model AlignmentEstablish and maintain governance frameworks, decision-making structures, operating models, and RACI matrices supporting initiatives.Ensure key processes are documented, reviewed, and continuously improved.Coordinate governance forums and action tracking.4. Executive Reporting and Strategic InsightsDevelop executive presentations, strategic updates, and management reports for leadership review.Translate operational metrics and program updates into decision-ready insights and recommendations.Support leadership discussions through strategic storytelling and analysis.5.
