SME for Product Assurance and testing practices Responsible for upholding our standards of Quality in developing products and experience; making sure that products are aligned to customer needs, adhere to the intended CX journey and Globe’s standards of development. He makes sure analysis and recommendations in improving product/experience development is provided - making sure that the process continuously improve.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Voice of the Customer Analytics Makes sure each product/experience identification of Voices are based on the customer lens segment; that a customer problem is solved.Product Assurance Integrate overall Quality of new product/experience build - cutting across all episodesCreate and embed Quality Assurance Framework in the development of product/experience (eWow, Thematic Exec, DGT and etc).
