Nursing Associate – OutpatientsLondon: The Harley Street Diagnostic CentreFull time: Monday–Saturday, 37.5 hours per weekShift times: Monday–Friday (service open 8am–8pm, various shift patterns) / Saturdays 9am–5pmPermanent ContractSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceWe’re looking for a Nursing Associate to join our Outpatients team at The Harley Street Diagnostic Centre, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. The Harley Street Diagnostic Centre brings together advanced diagnostics, specialist outpatient services and expert clinical teams in one central London location. From imaging and pathology to specialist clinics and procedures, the centre provides patients with seamless access to world class healthcare, creating a varied and rewarding environment for colleagues who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care.As a Nursing Associate in Outpatients, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering safe, efficient and patient centred care throughout every stage of the diagnostic journey. Working across a diverse range of clinics and services, you’ll support patients attending consultations, investigations and procedures, while collaborating closely with Registered Nurses, Consultants and allied health professionals. Required Qualifications

  • NMC registration as a Nursing Associate (experience)
  • Previous experience within an outpatient, ambulatory care or similar clinical setting (experience)
  • Phlebotomy competency and experience (experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient focused approach (experience)
  • Knowledge of clinical policies and procedures, with the ability to recognise and escalate patient deterioration appropriately (experience)
