You will thrive on variety, clinical challenge, working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional patient care across both acute and procedural settings.As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and patient-centred care within a dynamic acute medical environment, working closely with the multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated team of Medical Consultants across a wide range of medical specialities, gaining valuable experience and developing your clinical skills.Our Acute Medicine pathway provides a 24/7 service, offering immediate access to care through our Acute Admission Unit and Urgent Care Centre, ensuring patients receive timely assessment, intervention and treatment. You will support the management of acutely unwell patients, contribute to the delivery of our First-Hour pathway for Acute Medical admissions, and help ensure patients receive the highest standard of care throughout their journey.This position is based within our 19-bedded Acute Medical Ward, caring for a diverse cohort of patients with acute medical conditions and complex care needs. The ward also supports a post-operative pathway for breast surgery patients alongside a range of day-case procedures, including iron infusions and interventional radiology procedures (e.g. biopsies).Situated in the heart of London’s world-renowned medical district, The Princess Grace Hospital is recognised as one of the best-equipped multidisciplinary private hospitals in the capital.
