Responsibilities include building, managing, and expanding key broker relationships; supporting broker sales efforts through education and consultation; identifying territory specific growth opportunities; and consistently achieving assigned sales goals.JOB REQUIREMENTS:*Must have State Insurance License.*6 years experience selling health insurance products with a successful record.*Thorough knowledge of and experience with group managed health care plans.*Effective verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to make presentations to groups and/or brokers.*Detailed oriented; Customer Service oriented.*Leadership and mentoring skills.*Effective written and verbal communications skills.*Must be able to travel, including overnight stays within assigned region as necessary.PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:*Bachelor Degree.*Familiarity with the PC i.e., Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, and OneDrive), Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, etc.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
