As a Senior Associate on Humana's Corporate Development and Venture Capital team, you will be responsible for leading deal execution from end to end. This includes managing the due diligence process, and liaising with third-party advisors, such as law firms, investment banks, consultancy, and accounting firms. Additionally, you will ensure the transaction process runs smoothly through to completion. You will identify, research, analyze, make recommendations and negotiate potential investments, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to support the organization's growth objectives. In this role, you will work closely with other senior members of the team and Humana's senior leadership/segment leads. You will be critical in making recommendations regarding the impact of possible mergers/acquisitions and divestitures on the organization's strategy and profitability.
